Cacao Ceremonies
Rooted in Mayan tradition, ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties.
Each ceremony is guided with mindfulness, sound, and intention — inviting participants to connect deeply with themselves and one another.
Kelly studied with Mayan elders Nana Marina and Tata Pedro in Guatemala in 2018 and was initiated to serve this medicine under their traditions. Every ceremony honors these teachings, the spirit of cacao, and the energy of the group gathered — creating a space that is both sacred and accessible.
