Welcome to The Heartspace ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at heartspace.co. By accessing our website, purchasing any offering, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing any program, session, training, event, or digital product offered by The Heartspace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and all associated policies incorporated herein, including our Privacy Policy, No Refund Policy, and Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy.

2. Services Offered

The Heartspace offers transformational coaching, healing, and educational services including but not limited to:

  • 1:1 Coaching containers (including the Embodied Destiny Accelerator)

  • Private sessions (The Intensive — 60 or 90 minutes)

  • Group coaching programs (including Permission Granted)

  • Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 trainings and attunement programs

  • Retreats, cacao ceremonies, sound healing, and community events

  • Digital products including books, courses, and lead magnets

  • Corporate wellness, retreats, and leadership programs

3. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The services provided by The Heartspace are intended for personal growth, nervous system support, subconscious repatterning, and holistic wellness. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and you agree to seek appropriate professional care when needed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on heartspace.co — including written materials, frameworks, programs, course content, guided practices, ceremonial teachings, and creative works — is the intellectual property of The Heartspace and Kelly Keefe. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we are deeply committed to your transformation and growth, The Heartspace does not guarantee specific results from any program, session, event, or training.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Heartspace and Kelly Keefe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

8. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

  • Communications: emails, messages, or notes shared in the context of a coaching relationship

  • Deliver and personalize the services you have enrolled in

Any health or wellness information you share with us through intake forms or questionnaires is used solely to support your experience with our services. We treat this information with the utmost confidentiality and do not share it with third parties except as required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as HoneyBook, Stripe, MailerLite, and Calendly), all of whom are required to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through heartspace.co. You may also unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

No Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 29, 2024

At The Heartspace, we invest deeply in the preparation, container-holding, and resources that go into each offering from the moment enrollment begins. As such, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

1. All Sales Are Final

This policy applies to all offerings and services provided by The Heartspace, including:

  • 1:1 Coaching containers (including the Embodied Destiny Accelerator)

  • Private sessions (The Intensive)

  • Group coaching programs (including Permission Granted)

  • Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 trainings and attunement programs

  • Retreats (including Living In Alignment and The Stillwater Reset)

  • Ceremonial events, sound healing, and community gatherings

  • Digital products, books, and courses

By enrolling in or purchasing any of the above, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, schedule conflict, personal circumstances, or partial participation.

2. Discretionary Credit

At the sole discretion of The Heartspace, and on a case-by-case basis, a client may be offered a credit for the remaining balance of an unused portion of a program, training, retreat, or event. This credit may be applied toward other offerings and services provided by The Heartspace. Issuance of a credit is not guaranteed, does not constitute a precedent, and is extended as a gesture of goodwill when circumstances allow.

3. Payment Plans

Enrollment in a payment plan does not alter the no-refund policy. Clients who enter a payment plan are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of continued participation. Outstanding balances remain due and collectible.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution in lieu of communicating directly with The Heartspace is a violation of this agreement. We encourage all clients to reach out to us first with any concerns. Chargebacks may result in termination of the client relationship and forfeiture of any discretionary credit consideration.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 29, 2024

We understand that life is dynamic, and we do our best to support flexibility within the structure of your coaching or healing container. The following policy governs session rescheduling for all 1:1 engagements with The Heartspace.

1. Rescheduling Window

Clients may request to reschedule a session with a minimum of 7 days (one full week) advance notice, provided that an alternative appointment time is available within the current scheduling period. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

2. Late Notice & Missed Sessions

If a client requests to reschedule with less than 7 days notice, or if no suitable alternate time is available, the session will be considered forfeit for that week. The client understands and agrees that the session cannot be carried forward, credited, or refunded in this circumstance. This policy exists to honor the time and preparation invested by both client and practitioner.

3. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior communication will result in the session being forfeited in full. No reschedule, credit, or refund will be extended for no-show appointments.

4. Cancellation of Programs, Trainings, or Retreats

Cancellation of enrollment in a multi-session program, retreat, or training by the client does not entitle the client to a refund. Please refer to the No Refund Policy above for full details, including information about discretionary credits.

5. Cancellation by The Heartspace

In the rare event that The Heartspace must cancel or reschedule a session, event, or training due to unforeseen circumstances, affected clients will be notified as promptly as possible and offered the earliest available alternative date. The Heartspace is not liable for any losses, travel expenses, or inconveniences incurred as a result.

6. How to Request a Reschedule

To request a reschedule, please contact us directly through your HoneyBook client portal or via the contact page at heartspace.co with at least 7 days notice. Requests received with less than 7 days notice will be subject to the terms outlined in Section 2 above.

These policies are effective as of June 29, 2024 and supersede all prior versions. The Heartspace reserves the right to update any of the above at any time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of all policies.
