Coaching focuses on guiding you through personal or spiritual growth with practical tools, mindset shifts, and accountability. Healing sessions focus on clearing energetic blocks, realigning your frequency, and restoring balance. Many clients find the deepest transformation when both are integrated — addressing the energetic and the practical together.

Therapy is invaluable and many of Kelly’s clients work with therapists alongside this work. The difference is that coaching — especially at this level — is forward-focused, action-oriented, and works with the energetic and subconscious layers that talk therapy often doesn’t access. Clients regularly describe breakthroughs in the Accelerator that they couldn’t reach after years of therapy. Not because therapy didn’t work — but because this work goes somewhere different.

The Intensive is for concentrated, rapid work — ideal if you have something specific to move through, or you want deep transformation without a multi-month commitment. Yes. Payment plans are available for both the 3-month and 6-month containers. This is discussed on your discovery call so the investment structure can be set up in a way that feels fully aligned for you.

Permission Granted is an 8-week group coaching experience. The Embodied Destiny Accelerator is fully private, fully personalized 1:1 work. The group container offers something unique — the healing field of aligned women doing deep work together. The 1:1 container offers the deepest possible access to Kelly’s full attention, intuition, and skill, entirely focused on you. Many women do both — at different times or simultaneously.
