Kelly holds space the way it's meant to be held — with warmth, intention, and zero pressure to be anything other than exactly who you are. She is a certified cacao ceremonialist trained in the living lineage of Mayan elders Nana Marina and Tata Pedro, and a Reiki master teacher — bringing a reverence for ancient wisdom and energy work into everything she facilitates.

But Kelly doesn't stop at the spiritual. Rooted just as deeply in neuroscience, NLP, and nervous system regulation, she understands how the mind and body actually create change — and she weaves that knowledge into every experience she leads. The result is space that feels both sacred and grounded: nourishing enough to soften you, and transformative enough to move you.
